Welcome to KD Conseil…
Since 1992, KD Conseil has assisted companies seeking to improve the intercultural communication skills of employees who work in an international environment as a result of joint ventures or multinational teams.
Through a portfolio of senior multi-cultural consultants, KD Conseil facilitates multicultural team-building and partners with companies that are going through cultural change either through internationalisation and/or through mergers and acquisitions.
Because we know how important intercultural effectiveness is to the success of your organization.
We are here to assist you!
Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When you’re mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. Instead of letting your life pass by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience.
Leadership involves establishing a clear vision, sharing that vision with others so that they will follow willingly, providing the information, knowledge and methods to realize that vision, and coordinating and balancing the conflicting interests of all members and stakeholders.
Multiculturalism means we live alongside one another. We value tolerance, and celebrate one another’s culturally distinctive cuisine, dress, music, dance, and related outward expressions of culture. It usually requires only superficial and polite social interaction.
We are well regarded in the field of multicultural competency training and have been selected by businesses, schools, and individuals to help them grow. Give us an opportunity to help you too!
